Your RuffRover is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. This applies to the RuffRover 2.0, the RuffRover Single Back Seat Extender and the Luxe Dog Bed bought from ruffrover.com.
What is covered
- The hard base and support boards
- The frame and steel rods
- Straps, buckles, clips and zippers
- The cover fabric, seams and stitching
- The seatbelt tether included with your order
If any of these fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it at no cost to you, shipping included.
What is not covered
- Normal wear from everyday use
- Chewing, scratching or other damage caused by your dog
- Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation or alterations
- Use beyond the stated weight limit or against the setup instructions
- Fading, staining or odour
- Loss or theft
- Commercial use
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers
How to make a claim
- Email support@ruffrover.com with your order number.
- Include a photo or short video of the problem.
- We reply within 1 business day with next steps. In most cases we ship a replacement part or product without asking you to send anything back.
The details
- This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- We decide whether to repair or replace. Replacements may be the same model or the current equivalent.
- If a product is no longer made and no equivalent exists, we refund the price you paid.
- This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your state or country, which this warranty does not limit.
